CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your appointment is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to our team and other clients, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. To ensure we can accommodate all clients effectively, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. For your convenience, you may also reschedule your appointment online, provided it is at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Please note that pre-booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 90% of the remaining balance. If you fail to show up or arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 90% of the remaining balance. By booking with us, you authorize us to charge the card on file in the event of a no-show, late cancellation, or tardiness beyond 10 minutes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and commitment to all clients.
